We mainly produce LED bulbs, LED filament bulbs, LED flood lights, LED panel lights, LED spot lights, LED strip lights, LED tubes, LED G4/G9, LED corn lights, and Edison bulbs.
What is the warranty for the products?
For the LED products, we have 2-5 years warranty. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we will take on the shipping cost and provide replacements.
Can we add our logo on the products?
Yes, we provide OEM services and can add your logo directly to the LED products.
Can we customize the packaging?
Yes. While our default is regular packing, we can make customer's own packing. We provide color boxes with double-layer strong cartons to reduce logistic damage.
Can you supply samples?
Yes, we can supply samples. You would bear the sample and courier charge, which will be credited back to you after placing a formal order.
What is the expected delivery time?
Regular OEM and ODM orders take about 30 days. If there are no special packaging requirements, we can deliver within 20 days. We use air or rail shipment based on your demand.
