We are a factory first, and we also offer "ONE-STOP" service of sourcing different LED lighting and manage led lights together for shipment.
How do you offer samples?
We offer free samples of led emergency light in certain quantity with shipping cost paid by the clients.
What is your delivery time for orders?
Sample order: 3-7 working days. Mass order: 25-30 days after 30% deposit received.
What are your payment terms?
Payment shall be 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L, or L/C at sight.
Can your factory make lights based on customers' design?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service. We have professional engineers for R&D and can perform data printing according to client requests.
Do you provide a warranty for the emergency lights?
Yes, we provide 2 years warranty for our LED emergency lighting products and support exchanges for any defective items within the warranty period.
