What is your MOQ? Can I order one piece to test?
Yes, MOQ is 1 piece. Sample testing is available for quality verification.
What about the lead time for orders?
For quantities less than 50pcs, we ship within 5-7 workdays. For 50-500pcs, shipping takes 10-12 working days after payment.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, taking 3-5 days. Air-to-door shipping options take approximately 15 days.
What happens if my product fails?
Our product failure rate is around 0.3%. If products are damaged during transport or testing, we will replace them with new lights.
Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have been producing and exporting LED lighting since 2012, with professional production experience starting from 2010.
Can I visit the production facility?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our production facility to inspect our quality control and manufacturing processes.
