Normally MOQ is 300pcs, but we can do customized items in less quantity.
What's the production lead time?
The lead time is 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders. It depends on the styles and designs you choose.
What is the warranty time for your products?
We offer years of warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement for broken items free of charge.
Can I get OEM/ODM customized products?
Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements such as different lengths, diameters, voltages, and IP Class.
